Ch6 10
I hope you guys like a lot of characters appearing all of a sudden with VERY LITTLE exposition, because that is exactly what is happening right now!
We at My Hero! pride ourselves on giving you characters that have almost NO impact on the story whatsoever! Think Lu’s ever going to show up again? HAH! Fooled you! She was only in there for exposition! Totally! Don’t get attached to anyone you see, because this will be the only time they ever come up. And don’t you dare theorize all the totally non-important things these characters are going to do!
I bet half of you don’t know whether I’m being serious or not. Hehehehe…
See you mention Lu in the commentary, which is fair given she’s Hass’ best friend, but I’m more concerned with finding out how “random snobby antagonist guardian who got assigned to the hero lady with the fancy name” from page like 10-ish dies. Not that I’m assuming he died/will die horribly or anything. In fact I didn’t even mean to say Die, I meant to say “how he’s doing” and I suppose I could go back and change it so no one would ever notice my Faux Pas but oh no I’ve accidentally hit the post button and only have a few seconds befo
Kalen? He’ll be fine! I’m sure he’s somewhere, having a wonderful, easy life with Lady Monetella!
And he totally wont be coming back. Just forget about him, really. No worries…
Love the wings. π
Despite appearances, I highly doubt he’s an angel.
Does this page foreshadow Hass’ evolution from just Guardian to Guardian plus nanny?
Evolution? I’m pretty sure that was a sub-clause in her contract she failed to read. Remember the glances the big guys gave each other before deciding to throw her at Lark? Yeah, some of that silent communication was: “do you think she’ll live long enough to realize she’s just a babysitter and not a Guardian? Eh, who cares? No take backs!” π
I dunno, I think I’m in the same camp as Lark right now. Too much crazy going on. π
It does not help to open the door with his foot on the door as he tries to pull it open , he should have placed his foot on the wall for more leverage, which i think Hass will mechen that.
Or he was trying to break the handle of the door. Both are plausible with Lark
We certainly aren’t keeping a list so we can come back after all this and mercilessly critique you for forgetting things.
Oh thank goodness! I was worried that there’d be a master list somewhere of “Things Jim didn’t explain”.
Thanks for lowering my anxiety over this! I feel so much better!
No, noβ¦ You misunderstand. There’s a list β it’s just not for the purpose of coming back later to mercilessly critique you for forgetting things.
Oh! Excellent! Nothing to worry about, then!
Wait .. wait .. wait. Has Lark planted his foot on the door he is trying to pull open? That means he is both pushing and pulling on the same thing .. and as such will go nowhere, fast!
He might be trying to break the extremely high doorknob out of the wood… Or it’s just an artistic whoopsie. I’m pretty sure his foot is supposed to be on the wall… We’ll just say he’s trying to pull off the handle.
“Seriously Lark? You are going to run and leave me behind?” π
I guess Hass hasn’t been paying attention to Lark’s complete disregard for the well-being of others… Or at least, the complete disregard for the survival of his Guardians.
Its called Desensitization.
Ty’s magnificence cannot be contained by mere borders.
You know this was me at most family parties, for the love of all let me escape I can so relate to Lark right now.
