Ch7 01
Yep. Banged the Paragon of Lo’Ani into submission. I’m sure that’s exactly how it happened. How do you guys think it happened? I mean, let’s be honest? Chicken legs here made the paragon of Lo’Ani give up because of a few rolls in the hay? Come on!

I fully expect that it’s *actually* something like “he pestered her enough that she ‘cursed’ him with an endless supply of young, beautiful, willing ladies who were *not her.* “
yup
Possibly with a side of “be careful what you wish for”. They do call it a curse, after all.
I believe Hasera has that curse, not the Lark family. Should ask what HER family did to deserve such an interesting impediment
Hasera might have “be careful what you wish for” as a general curse, but the thinking was that Magnus might have got the “young, beautiful women fall in love with me” as an object lesson in how this is not necessarily a good thing.
An object lesson that probably completely failed to land, because while most people probably would get tired of that sort of fame after a while, Magnus is just that narcissistic. That, and he has a secluded demiplane to hide in when he does want a break from it.
Magnus sure doesn’t talk about it like it’s a bad thing.
Hahaha! I love it. I mean, maybe you’re right… The story only goes into detail about a battle of love and several chapters of NSFW text regarding it (Which got heavily edited) and at the end, The Lark had defeated the Goddess’ Paragon. But then again, now that we know who is responsible for this drivel, can we take ANY of the Chronicles of Lark as fact?
Maybe he really did bang her into submission, worst decisions have been made over good sex ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
…What…. That is sick.
Did you expect something wholesome from Magnus?
uhg that font my old eyes canna’ parse it, even with bifocals.
Well, the first symbol in all magic represents which God is being requested. This particular symbol involves Kur’Tal, God of the Savages. The second word (for basic spells) is generally the request. In the particular case, the word is: Feast. So, Melinda is asking Kur’Tal for a feast. Whether or not Kur’Tal delivers depends on the relationship between Kur’Tal and the Lark family.
Does Kur’Tal value trophies, honour and skill over everything else? Yes. Yes he does. So, 2/3 ain’t half bad, I guess?
Was actually wondering if she was planning something cold and wet for his nether-regions 😛
Wait, MAGNUS is writing all the Chronicles of Lark stories!? Yep, that explains a lot of Lark’s issues right there.
Oh-ho-ho, if it was only THAT simple… There are so many layers of WTF involved with The Chronicles of Lark
The Chronicles of Lark marketing to a whole new level. I sure Magnus banged the avatar, 12x nah, but banged sure. Submission doesn’t mean into bliss. I think you got your curse because you went after the avatar and the the Goddess felt jipped.
