Hasera’s hair is getting pretty long. I wonder what that’s all about. I mean, if we look at the length of the hair at the beginning of the story and the current length, there must have been something that happened.
Probably Melinda’s magic. After all, it made Lark’s hair all long and shiny. Maybe Lo’Ani really likes Hasera’s hair looking that way?
Who knows?
If that’s the case, then we should see Ty with a full head of hair this morning. That ought to be entertaining. But I’m guessing it’s not that. The plot thickens… 😀

Perhaps it’s the old “Sleeping Beauty” syndrome in action; hopefully 100 years have not passed since she went to bed . . .

That is a lovely nightgown she has on.
I mean, she got her hair super long without having to deal with the time sink and maintenance of naturally growing it. Has might as well enjoy it while she can since she might need to chop it off for tragically tactical reasons soon and not at all worry about the reasons why it might have happened.

Anybody else get a Megara vibe from Hasera in that last panel? Maybe it’s just because of the color and cut of her nightgown, and the fact that she has brown hair she’s putting up in a high ponytail. I dunno, I just immediately thought, “Oh, hi, Meg. Where’s Herc?”
I was thinking about Archie Campbell and his spoonerized fairy tales, including especially Beeping Slooty, but Rindercella as well; it seems like more of a tribute to than a steal of Colonel Stoopnagle from earlier days. Meanwhile, Hasera’s hair almost stops the heart – I have a *thing* for long-haired gingers, especially the cuties.

Oh lucky her…it’s a miracle when my will deign to grow to almost should length. (grumble, grumble) But unlike some, just because mine wont grow is no reason for me to tell them to get a hair cut. As for those, do m’own. Come winter I quit cutting. You know when it’s spring because I cut m’hair. Summer the head is shaved.
I get that commenting on the length of her hair foreshadows something odd going on, but I’m not noticing a dramatic difference. it’s not like she had it cut to a bob before.

Yes. Apologies. The children have been home due to the lockdown and we’ve been stuck doing many things while having no time to actually focus on personal projects or anything outside of the kids’ classrooms for the last little bit.
Oh!! Oh man, at that point, sheesh, yeah, I hear ya for sure. I have a little one trapped at home myself, she’s 8, an only child so extra lonely, and has been going nuts with cabin fever. Doesn’t help that any time I try to let her out to play for a few minutes specifically because no one else seems to be around, that that’s literally when other kids come out to play *because* they see her and their parents don’t seem to be taking lockdown *quite* so seriously, ugh. So I have to call her in again, so she goes more nuts, argues constantly, etc etc. This has definitely been hard on most everyone. Stay strong, you’ll all get through this <3
Also I wasn't really intending to complain, just wanna clarify 😛 just poke fun a bit. But yeah, for sure, if that's what's going on, then by all means, do what you gotta do. *huggles* This will all be here for you later when you're ready again. ^_^ No pressure before that.
I would like to point out a typo. In the last bubble, she says ask twice. I’m guessing she meant to ask after breakfast instead of ask ask breakfast.
New reader, is this a dead comic?
Hi there, comic is not dead. Just been having some issues getting pages done the last few months due to COVID scare and the kids being home doing homeschooling. Hoping to have a new page up next week =)
Lol oh no my friend, I been reading this comic since the nudity was on full display. This is just the standard operating process here, a few weeks of pages and fun followed by unknowable hiatus and gin (the gin is completely optional but I find it helps pass the time). Anyway welcome to the community, Jacuzzi is out back, the porn is in the cellar, and strap in for a wild ride!

Don’t sit on the fence in a state of nudity. Notihng good comes of it.
I, for one, prefer nudity on pages, or on comfy padded furniture.
